Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in our Culinary Programs, you agree to the following terms. These ensure a safe, professional, and rewarding learning experience. 1. Booking & Payment Enrollment is confirmed once full payment is received. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. Fees include ingredients, tools, apron, recipe booklet, and certification (where applicable). 2. Attendance & Punctuality Participants must attend all scheduled sessions. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class. Entry may not be permitted if later than 15 minutes after the start. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled, and repeated absence may affect certification. 3. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds Fees are non-refundable once the program begins. Cancellations 14+ days before start may be eligible for partial refund (minus admin fees). No refunds or credits for missed classes. In case of serious illness or emergency, deferment to a future program may be considered subject to approval and availability. 4. Certification & Assessment Full attendance and completion of projects are required for certification. Cake Designer, Level 1 is KHDA certified and awards a KHDA Certificate of Completion. French Pastry Chef, Level 1 awards a Dubai KHDA Certificate of Completion. 5. Health & Safety All participants must follow hygiene and safety rules. Allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions must be disclosed before the program begins. Participation is at your own risk. 6. Code of Conduct Respect for instructors, staff, and classmates is expected. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund. Proper attire (closed shoes, hair tied back, apron provided) is required. 7. Photography & Media We may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear, inform us in writing before the program starts. 8. Liability Petits Chefs Dubai is not liable for personal loss, damage, or injury. In a medical emergency, care will be sought, and participants are responsible for any expenses.
