1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. For birthday parties and private events, deposits are non-refundable once paid.

2. Class Attendance & Punctuality

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time.
• Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be permitted to join the class.
• Participants arriving more than 30 minutes late will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling & Refunds

• All bookings are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, a makeup session may be offered subject to availability and at our discretion.
• Private events and birthday parties require at least 7 days' notice to reschedule.

4. Health & Safety

Please declare any allergies or dietary requirements during the registration process. Participation in our classes is at your own risk. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, but we cannot guarantee that our facilities are entirely free from allergens.

5. Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for the timely drop-off and pick-up of children. Petits Chefs Dubai is not responsible for children outside of scheduled class hours.

6. Photography & Media

We may photograph or video participants during classes and events for promotional use on our website and social media. If you do not wish to be included, please indicate this on the registration form before your class.

7. Conduct & Behaviour

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all participants and staff. Anyone behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate manner may be asked to leave without a refund.

8. Liability

Petits Chefs Dubai is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during our classes or events. In the event of a medical emergency and when a parent or guardian cannot be reached, we will seek appropriate medical attention on your behalf. Medical expenses are the responsibility of the participant or their guardian.
